They took the time to make sure the foundation and house were all sealed properly before putting the Siding up. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with how it came out. “I noticed a roof leak after some heavy rain a few weeks ago so I needed to get some estimates and then decide which company to go with for a new roof installation. I called LI Precision Home Improvement and Irwin stopped by to survey my roof and then give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and came across as being very honest. On the day of the job, his crew showed up on time and were very pleasant. There was one glitch though. After pulling up the existing shingles, the plywood underneath was only 3/8″ and not the standard 1/2″ or thicker. So, I needed to purchase and install the thicker plywood in addition to the shingles. Irwin explained the situation to me and I decided to go forward with the thicker plywood. His crew did an outstanding job installing the plywood and shingles on the same day. The workmanship is great. I also want to shout out to Steve who handled all the paperwork. I recommend this company for roofing repairs or installations. Great family-run business.”
